Breast Pain and Fibromyalgia

My chest has been hurting very badly lately. Breasts are very sore, and it turns out this is typical for Fibromyalgia. I guess I have just been lucky up until now. I do remember ladies in the Fibro Support Group said they had this problem. I was like "Pssh...I won't have that." Well, now I do. Before my gynecologist appointment, I had a shooting pain in my right breast. I talked to my doctor about it during my appointment. He checked me and asked me if I took Vitamin E. I said yes. He said that would help. Another thing that can help is avoiding caffeine. I've not had much more of the shooting pains but now I get overall chest pain and sensitivity. My bra (a $90 bra I had professionally fitted) is terribly uncomfortable. I cannot stand to have my bra on. I think i will see if I can find some kind of sleeping bra -- my husband said, "They make a bra just for SLEEPING?!?" I know it's so funny, but yeah...for people who need some support while sleeping but it's not binding. So I think that will work for me in the daytime. I need to do something. I can't let the girls just flop around.
