Current Fibromyalgia symptoms

Fibrofog (memory/cognition), which is why I'm blogging symptoms, so I can refer back even if memory fails me temporarily!

Ear ringing/tinnitis

Tight jaw, tension headache

Joints popping/slipping out of joint.

My ankles hurt a lot, the best way I can describe it is that they feel like they're made of glass.

My breasts hurt -- not so bad tonight specifically, but they have felt poorly lately.

Back ache is slight but having slight spasms in back as well as spasms in buttocks and right knee.

Elbows and wrists also hurt.

Fatigue is bad, especially around 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (even with the Tramadol, which usually helps.) This is a bad time of day to be so exhausted because it's when the kids are home from school and I cook dinner.

When I feel the illness moving in over me, I feel like something is pressing down on me. I become winded and short of breath even though there's no exertion. (subjective shortness if breath they call it)

I see the rheumatologist again the first week of May. I need to talk to her about illness progression/outlook. Fibromyalgia is supposed to be non-progressive, yet I am sometimes feeling even worse than usual, plus the breast pain. The breast pain has been really really
bad.
