I strained a muscle in my back. Luckily, I have a back massage pad which I am using right now. It has upper & lower vibration and heat. Oh dear lord, thank you for this!
It is a massager I gave my dad about 10 or more years ago. He had problems with his neck and back, a lot of sciatic issues. I would have never guessed I would be needing it.
I also have a Homedics Shiatsu neck massager with heat that I love. The back massager has vibration, but the neck massager has kneading roller type "fingers."
Both these massagers are like heaven, and if you are thinking about what to get a Fibromyalgia or arthritis sufferer for Christmas, something like these massagers would be a wonderful gift!
