Fibromyalgia, Low Thyroid Function & Gluten Intolerance

Here's what I'm looking at now for myself, and I think I am on the right track-
http://treatingandbeatingfibroblog.blogspot.com/2012/02/gluten-low-thyroid-and-fibromyalgia.html
It makes a lot of sense.

Gluten Intolerance/Allergy can hurt the thyroid, causing low thyroid function (hypothyroidism), and lead to Fibromyalgia.

Kind of explains the IBS symptoms many of us have with Fibromyalgia.

If I knew how to insert sound effects into my blog, you'd hear a "ding-ding-ding! We have a winner!" bell here :)

  2. Thanks I enjoyed taking a look at your blog! I am doing mine mostly for myself to have a way to log what I am trying but realized I might as well let it help someone else. We never know what we might share that might help someone.
