I've felt quite a bit better since going dairy free. I think I blogged before about casein allergy. I've also been taking Zyrtec daily for environmental allergies. I think the effectiveness is wearing off now though. Time to see Dr T again and talk to him about the prescription allergy medicine he mentioned.
I had a huge pain flare tonight. I don't know why. It was my lower legs and feet. Oh hell, ALL of me hurt! But that was the worst area.
Thankfully, it did respond to Tramadol. I ended up taking two. Now I can't stop talking. I am driving everyone nuts.
