Marketing opportunity promises cure for Fibromyalgia

I am so tired of spammer types with their "cures" for Fibromyalgia. There was one commenter who even misspelled Fibromyalgia as 'Fibromyalsia' -- not once, but TWICE in the comment. I marked it as Spam and deleted it. I checked out their site and it was a "marketing opportunity." Ah, so on top of pretending to know something about Fibromyalgia, they want to sucker people in who are battling Fibromyalgia who are desperate to make some kind of income from home?!? Even lower, dude.I wonder if they get rashes on their stomachs from slithering on the ground like the snakes they are.
