I'm having heart palpitations. Before it started, I felt extremely cold and uncomfortable from the cold. Then I noticed the heart palpitations. I wasn't anxious or worried about anything, until the heart palpitations started. They're scary and even happening as I write this. I'm not sure whether to chalk it up to Fibromyalgia or see the doctor about it...or maybe it is from having tea with caffeine in it. Has anyonehad experience with this?
