No more heart palpitations today. I'm going to mention it to the doctor next time I go though. I'll go sooner rather than later if the palpitations happen again. I have been walking the dog each day for a good 30 minutes or so., so dang it, I should be healthier!
I still feel like I have a tickly throat and chest. I'm wondering if the inhaler might be the reason for the palpitations. I remember the last time I had to use it, it did cause me more anxiety and hair pulling. I didn't realize I was having any anxiety when the palpitations hit me though.
The only thing that caused anxiety (I thought) were the palpitations. Really weird stuff, kind of scary...like, if I'm having a stroke, will I know? That is how the heart skipping beats was scary. I bet it was the inhaler, that and that I had caffeine in tea. I had drunk a good bit of it, it tasted really good. I have some decaffeinated tea now.
I did a little research and found that people with Fibromyalgia do tend to have heart palpitations. My mother has mitral valve prolapse. I guess anything that can affect muscles and the heart is a muscle so surprise surprise folks!
And M is acting weird. I don't know if he is depressed or what. I'm just going to give him space to see if he comes around again. If not, it may be just as well.
